This is something that I use to think about a lot when I was first starting out but now that I've a little more exposed to the community than I was before here are some of my tips on how to present your conlang to the
world wide web!
1)
Google Docs This is what I use to make my grammars and dictionaries. The nice thing about Google Docs is that it does almost everything that Microsoft Word can do only it saves periodically online as you edit it. PLUS! You can access it from any computer by signing in wit your GMAIL sign in. You can change the fonts, size and colour of your headings to make it look all appealing and such. For your dictionary I wouldn't necessarily suggest spreadsheets unless your conlang has a one to one word translation. This likely won't be the case to just make a format for your entries and stick to it!

Google Sites I recently discovered that google will let you make your own personal website. Mind you the layouts are kinda limited but it allows you to imput your own HTML or copy and paste directly from a document. It will keep the format of the document and put it on your site. Best part is takes such little time to make something rather impressive. I recently put my conlang Myssela on a google site in about an hour. It's a bit of a learning curve but there are tonnes of tutorials out there to help you!

Traditional Website This way obviously takes longer than Google Sites but it can also be more satisfying. Crafting a website from the buttom up can be a really cool experience and it gives you a lot more freedom that google sites would.

Tumblr Wait wait wait, here me out. There's a HUGE community of conlangers on this site! Create a blog and periodically post about your conlang and get feedback from the community. Just check the #conlang tag and you'll see what I mean! This is good for people who are still developing their conlang and don't have a fullish grammar to show off.

Blog There are plenty of free blog sites out there like livejournal.com or blogger.com or wordpress.com. Create a blog and post at your convenience. It's a little harder to gain immediate followers but put it out there and it'll happen! A blog is another great way to post your conlang in pieces and then use tags in each journal to refer back to certain topics more quickly.

Frathwiki This is a resource solely for conlangers. The nice thing about that is there are no random pictures of cute cats to distract you from the main attraction. Any page can be edited by anyone so be warned but I've never had any problems on the site. It is also a bit of a learning curve but once you get it you got it. The final product looks very polished and organized. PLUS! If you ever need some inspiration just go to another conlang's wiki and see how they did it!
